Skate night...

Elijah and I went skating with his school tonight.  His only other attempt to skate was with roller blades I got him for his birthday and it was rather unsuccessful.  I figured it would be a lot easier for him with some good old fashioned skates.  He had a blast as did I.  He wouldn't let go of my hand for most of the night, but by the end of the evening he joined in on a race between the other kids in his age group, he came in last but he didn't quit, and thats most important!  The Hokey Pokey was a lot of fun (third pic). They did the Cha-Cha Slide too, but its hard to hop in skates! I thought the price to skate was really reasonable and we will definitely be going back, hopefully with Daddy next time!
