A kiss for my prince...
Thursday was our one year anniversary, and what a year its been! So much has changed over the last year, hopefully for the better, but only time will tell...
We went out to Bonsai, which is a hibachi grill restuarant that also serves sushi, my personal favorite. We had a great time and the food was excellent. Elijah, who has never been left with a babysitter, thought we were leaving him forever. When we told him we were going out, he acted like we were abandoning him. He asked a million questions and was so concerned about what might happen while we were gone. Here is a conversation I had with him before we left:
Elijah: "Well remember the chipmunk movie?" (meaning Alvin and the Chipmunks)
Page: "yes..."
Elijah: " Well remember the fat one?"
Page: "Theodore..."
Elijah: "Yeah, Theodore. Well remember Theodore had a nightmare and went and slept in his dad's bed. Cause thats what friends are for and HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!"
These words actually came out of my five year olds mouth. How am I suppose to respond to that... I explained to him that we would be home before he had time to have a nightmare. He never got up for the babysitter, so I'm assuming I was right. Hopefully next time won't be so traumatic for him. I'll be sure to let you know.

LOL. Hilarious. I mean, how could you do that to him? You should never leave him with a babysitter, even if it is your anniversary. =)
Which, by the way, I totally forgot about. I'm so sorry!
Great pics, guy! And keep up the good work!
Love you, Mom & Dad
