Joe's mom, Patsy came down from Kansas City for the week of Elijah's birthday, which coincidentally was over the spring break. We had his first "real" birthday party at the local skating rink and invited all his friends from school. Then we spent a day and drove to Dallas to visit the Medieval Times and he got a chance to Train to be a Knight, a promotion they were running during spring break.
